Some Tips & Tricks
Garbage disposal not working? If it’s humming when you flip the switch, you have a blockage. Unplug the unit and clear out the blockage. I usually find metal lids and coins. If it doesn’t make a noise, try the red reset button on the bottom of the unit (NOTE: you might still have the blockage that tripped the unit). Please be careful when working on a garbage disposal unit! If in doubt, contact me.
Internet down? Try cycling power to your router. Locate your router. It might be in your storage shed, near your washer/dryer or in your garage. Disconnect plug from the power outlet, count 15 seconds, and plug back in. If that doesn’t work and you can’t get a hold of me, call MINET at (503)-837-0700.

Exterior lights are our responsibility. Help us to help you create a safe, secure environment. Contact me for exterior light issues, I’ll even change out your porch light for you. Interior lights are your responsibility. I make sure all interior lights are working before I do a turnover. Replacement bulbs are cheap and easy to find.
